Join us in sacred ceremony for vulnerable conversations, deep connection, and somatic healing. The Red Tent is an ancient metaphor—a sanctuary where women once gathered during their moon time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with nature and each other. In today’s world, we reclaim this space to honor our bodies, cycles, sensuality, and spirit.

Each ceremony is centered around the heart-opening ritual of drinking ceremonial cacao—an ancient plant medicine known for awakening emotional clarity and softening the body into deeper intimacy with self. Through embodied practices, storytelling, and somatic healing, we remember what it means to be fully alive in our feminine essence.

Let us gather in a modern Red Tent—one rooted in love, earth wisdom, and radical presence.

June 25: The Moon Within – Honoring the Menstrual Cycle

In this circle, we drop into the sacred rhythm of the womb—the original drum of life. Together, we will explore our menstrual cycles as portals of power, not problems to be fixed. Through cacao, we soften into the stories we carry around menstruation, release shame, and make space for reverence.

Our somatic journey will guide you into connection with the Earth Womb—a grounding, nurturing somatic meditation that roots your body into the earth’s rhythms, restoring trust in your cyclical nature. Expect gentle movement, guided visualization, and womb listening practices. This ceremony is for all women, regardless of whether you bleed, have a womb, or are post-menopausal.

July 9: Senses of the Sacred – Reawakening Sensuality

Let’s talk about sex—raw, sacred, and sensory. This gathering invites us to explore the erotic as life force, as nourishment, and as truth. We’ll sip cacao and drop into open, shame-free conversation around the textures of desire, the forgotten pleasures of smell, taste, and sensation, and the stories we’ve inherited about our sensual selves.

Our somatic practice will awaken the senses—through breath, touch, scent, and sound. You’ll be guided through a sensual re-embodiment ritual to reconnect with your innate capacity for pleasure, aliveness, and joy. This evening is both sacred and playful—a celebration of feminine sensual intelligence in all its flavors.

July 23: The Voice of Pleasure – Sacred Sounds of Sexuality

Sound is one of the most primal languages of the body—and one of the most suppressed. In this Red Tent, we journey into the vocal expression of our sensuality and sexual energy. Through the heart-opening medicine of cacao, we’ll explore the sounds of pleasure, release, and truth—learning how to use our voices to move energy and deepen intimacy with ourselves.

Our somatic practice blends ancient Taoist energy work with chakra toning. The Microcosmic Orbit is a gentle, guided energy flow technique that circulates sexual and creative energy through the body’s central channel. Combined with vocal sounding through each chakra, this experience opens the throat, clears stagnation, and awakens full-body vitality. Come ready to make noise, feel deeply, and reclaim your right to be heard.

August 6: Birthing the Self – The Sacred Portal of Childbirth

Whether you have given birth to a child, an idea, or a new version of yourself, the archetype of the Mother lives in us all. This ceremony honors the power, pain, and poetry of childbirth—not only as a physical event, but as a spiritual rite of passage. We’ll sit in sacred circle with cacao, sharing stories of birthing and becoming, acknowledging both grief and glory.

The somatic ritual of the evening is Sacred Gazing—a heart-expanding, soul-revealing practice that mirrors the way we are born into the eyes of another. In dyads, you’ll be guided to soften into eye contact, presence, and emotional intimacy. This practice gently dissolves defenses and helps you feel truly seen, reminding you of your original innocence and infinite worth. A deeply nourishing close to our Red Tent series.
